
The 60 minute Animal Flow class is a bodyweight fitness program that is centered around ground-based work. It features animal-style movements that encourage core stability, strength and body awareness - all without any fitness equipment.
Animal Flow is like no other movement you've seen before, and is harder than it looks, as you use muscles you didn't know you had. It is a lot of fun. Come and try.
This class is for stronger students, however, no experience is necessary.
