One-on-one work is highly personalised and creating deep, expansive and sustainable results requires focus and dedication. The minimum commitment to work in a one-on-one setting is 6 months. Throughout our time together we will have 75 minute sessions either bi-monthly or 3 times per month. Sessions take place via Zoom Video conference. In-person sessions are optional.
