Yin Pause Breathe Workshop with Alice Jones

With the practise of mindfulness, focused on breathing, increasing our awareness as we feel our way in and out of yin postures, we practise softening our own physical tensions and emotional tensions, holding space for them as they arise, accepting the form they arise in, recognising the patterns of the mind or the sensations of the body, becoming an observer to our automatic reactions and conditioned mindset. Learning more about ourselves and deciding what is dead weight holding us back, what needs more nourishment, what needs our love and care and attention.

Commit to yourself, honouring the highs and the lows, respecting the interconnected cycle of the yin and yang, love yourself as we do the moon, in all your phases and varying emotions.
