‘Everything is energy’ – Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT - Tapping) works on balancing energy and using positive intention. It may help with physical pain and emotional distress, past and present. It's also referred to as tapping or psychological, needle-free acupuncture. The combination of body tapping and positive specific language can balance your energy, treat pain and alleviate emotional distress.
