Gentle Flow Yoga with Violet Monis

In this 60 minute evening class, which is based on gentle stretches ending with a very restorative poses, the focus is on relaxation so that by the end of the class you are feeling chilled and ready for bed. Feel free to join the class in your pyjamas. Bring plenty of pillows, blocks and straps (or a big towel).

This class is suitable for all levels.
