Sam’s practice involves gongs, tuning forks, crystal chakra bowls, drums, bells,+ and chimes to create a healing vibration that will calm you and bring healing to your immune system. Whether you are stressed and rundown or just want to take some time for yourself, the practice of sound meditation will bring your body and mind back to synchronicity.
