This is a 6 week, one to one coaching programme that is a combination of reaching health/well-being goals using HD to achieve them.

Olivia's coaching methods, guidance and full support throughout the journey to reach your goals. Together you will work to find the best ways to define and reach your health & wellness targets in a way that works for you and your lifestyle.

Whether it be achieving more mindfulness in your life overall, implementing a routine, losing / gaining weight, reducing stress, lowering inflammation or improving diet - Olivia approaches the desired outcome in an approachable, kind and encouraging way.

A Six -week one-to-one coaching plan provides the client with the guidance and support to incorporate the information from both readings into every day life with any specific goals a client has in mind.
