As a meditation teacher, Angele gets her inspiration from great teachers, such as Thich Nhat Hanh and Sharon Salzberg. She approaches all requests and questions with the loving kindness that is the essence of her teaching. Her courses are packed with concrete tips and data, backed up by scientific research.

The one to one meditation class is great if you want to build a regular practice and go further in your knowledge of meditation and yourself. Meditation is a great tool to improve emotional wellbeing. It can be used for self-discovery (learning to know yourself better), managing stress and anxiety, reaching a higher level of happiness, and working on emotional blocks.

The classes are tailored around you. In the first session, we look at where you are at in your practice, and what you would like to achieve. Each time we will explore new techniques, and reflect on what is coming up. Everybody is different, and you might find that one technique works best for you at a time, and a different technique will be best suited to support you in a different context. Having an individual session gives you all the space you need to explore meditation in a way that works for you.

This is great for all levels, but amazing if you are looking to deepen your practice.
