Whether you seek peace or a healthier lifestyle, kinesiology helps you discover any imbalances in your physical, emotional or nutritional health through secure techniques like muscle monitoring.

 

This is a safe and non-intrusive therapy, where your kinesiologist will examine your muscles, psyche, and nutrition. During the session, you will lie or stand as the practitioner gently applies pressure to certain muscle areas, which is known as muscle monitoring or biofeedback. They may also test your muscle reactions as you concentrate on a certain concept or as they place food on your skin to check for allergic reactions. The goal of the session is to find specific muscle patterns caused by energy imbalances or blockages from stress or nutritional problems. After locating them, your practitioner will use massage, tapping, oils, or other remedies to help heal you. Therapy sessions are around an hour.
