Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that targets all of your major muscle groups while being gentle on your joints. It will help strengthen your core and back muscles to result in improved posture, alignment, and flexibility.

 

Classes are made up of an established set of movements and a structured set of reps to effectively work on various major muscle groups. These exercises offer many physical health benefits, including joint strength, injury recovery or prevention, and improved self-image and confidence. So don't be shy!
