Practitioner Information

How can I join you as a practitioner?

Go to https://joinmamma.com/register/ and fill in all the details. One of our agents will then get in touch and book you in for a discovery call and a taster session, where we can experience and learn about your modality and you can learn more about Mamma.

After a successful induction you will be able to let us know about your qualifications, send documents & certificates and sign a contract. Once all relevant information is provided your account will be approved and your profile will become visible on the site.

What do I need to join? Eligibility/Requirements:

  1. Background check in your country of residence
  2. Public Liability or Indemnity Insurance with receipt (covering you for the area you practice in)
  3. Qualification certificates from an accredited course
  4. Valid proof of identification/ID

All practitioners must provide a valid and in date passport or drivers licence.

Unless it is required by law, or you are a masseuse, items 1-3 are not compulsory.

Mamma highly encourages everyone in our practitioner community to have all of the above documentation. This will help safeguard yourself, and makes your profile more appealing to our clients, as this information is clearly displayed on your profile page.

You also may not be eligible for any corporate, concierge, retreats or events without items 1-3.

How to Upload required files?

After a successful induction you will be sent a form requesting all relevant documents.

Can I have a discovery call before disclosing my fees?

One of Mamma's core values is transparency, so we ask all of our practitioners to be upfront with their fees.

You can still add a free or paid for discovery call to your service list, in fact we encourage this, as speaking to your client first helps you build value to your services.

If your fees range depending on your consumer type, you can add separate services for example: Corporate bookings £150, Group booking £200, Online client £75. You can also add more info to your service descriptions.

If you wish to offer discounted or pro bono classes, you can do this via the Mamma foundation or using a Mamma discount code.
