A comprehensive stress and lifestyle assessment is completed first, followed by one on one online sessions. A bespoke lifestyle protocol will be designed for you with a review of the findings of your digestive, hormonal, cardiovascular, immune system, organ and gland functioning. A stress profile will be created from your results determining whether you are in the red/amber/green zone.
