Chakra Balancing Guided Meditations & Movement Workshop with Aysha Bell

In this 1 hour 1 to 1 workshop, we will set our intention to balance and ground, open with some healing calming breathwork: We will practice the Keitan Kriya.

I will then guide you through a gentle body scanning relaxation and we will move on to our chakra balancing.

This will be followed by the sound of my gongs and singing bowls helping to ground and balance all we have worked on.

We will close the session together with some sosite affirmations and bhramari breath.
