In this 1 hour group workshop, you will set your intention to balance and ground, open with some healing calming breathwork: you will practice the Kirtan Kriya.
Aysha will then guide you through a gentle body scanning relaxation and you will move on to chakra balancing.
This will be followed by the sound of the gongs and singing bowls helping to ground and balance all you have worked on.
The session will be closed with some affirmations and Bhramari breath.
