Fitness Pilates with Violet Monis

The 60 minute Fitness Pilates classes are focussed on increasing both strength and flexibility. They are based on Pilates exercises using light weights, Pilates bands, balls and blocks, and work out the whole body, including legs, arms, back and core in a series of flowing movements. You can still join without any equipment!

This class is suitable for all levels.
