This 90 minute class is an opportunity to get a fully rounded practice. A full yoga practice takes time, and in this longer class we have the time to do breath work thorough warm up, a strong Vinyasa section and proper relaxation at the end.
The class is an open level class and I will aim to give options for all levels. (every one welcome, but not recommended for complete beginners).
