The initial consultation session involves lots of discussion about your current life situation from a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual perspective and how that may be a reflection of early life experiences and subsequent patterned behaviour and beliefs. The session then moves to the treatment table where you will enjoy an experience of cranio-sacral therapy and finally an acupuncture treatment from a 5 element perspective.
