This massage therapy uses combined techniques of Deep tissue, Swedish, Holistic massage, Stretch massage and Indian head massage.

Lukas uses natural massage oil blends, that he mixes himself. To set the mood and bring about deeper sense of well-being and relaxation he uses several different essential oils.

After the treatment, Lukas suggests certain stretches or gentle exercises to further the effects of the massage and prevent bad postural patterns from returning.
