This work goes beyond traditional talking therapy by weaving together psychotherapeutic counselling with somatic education and nervous system practices. Together, we explore both mind and body — not only the stories and patterns you carry, but also how they live in your nervous system and shape your daily experience. By creating greater safety and regulation in the body, you’re supported to meet yourself more deeply, loosen what keeps you stuck, and open to a freer, more authentic way of being. Sessions are 1hrs, held weekly, with a six-week minimum to allow the process to take root.
