It’s a Movement based bodywork therapy and Somatic Exploration, you will receive the treatment over the clothes and on a futon on the floor.
Many techniques will be used, like conscious breathing, fascia touch, bone touch, among many others to support the release of blocked emotions, traumas, physical tension and connect the body together, finding harmony within and a deep relaxation.
