Panubli Hilot Bodywork with Alab Sikat with Medicine Festival

Panubli, (A legacy or inheritance) in the Hiligaynon language of the Philippines, speaks of what is inherited. It is the quiet transmission of wisdom through the body, through culture, through the unseen threads of our ancestors that continue to shape how we heal, feel, and remember.

Hilot is one of these inheritances, an ancient Filipino healing art, carried through the hands of our grandmothers across generations, long before it was ever named or written. Though history has, at times, pushed it into the shadows, merged into religion, practiced in silence, it has never left us. It continues to live in homes, in the provinces, in the bodies of those who choose to remember.

A sacred bodywork focusing on specific areas of tension, supporting the release of held stress, stagnant energy, and physical discomfort held by the mind, body in spirit rooting from difficult shifts in life such as grief of loss and more.

Using the Filipino herbal oil called Lana, (an intention-infused oil made from coconut and sacred herbs, traditionally prepared during sacred seasons in the Philippines), each treatment is guided by what your body needs in the moment.

The offering is accredited by ThinkTree Hub
