Quantum Yoga is a Vinyasa based style of yoga that uses Ayurveda as a lens through which we put together sequences, choose pranayama (breathing) exercises, and which style of meditation may be best for someone.
Jenna works with you to establish your imbalances and what could be exacerbating them. Then through specific postures, breath, and meditation you work towards bringing yourself back into your natural and unique balance/nature (prakriti) across your doshas (mind body constitution).
You will learn tools and exercises to use in your own time too.
