At the heart of Benjamin Tree's work is a simple and profound truth. Your breath and body already hold the intelligence and the capacity to heal. His role is to create the conditions for you to reach it, and to help you carry what you find there back into your everyday life.
This unique container has evolved over more than 20 years of professional practice. It weaves together Rebirthing Breathwork, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and trauma informed practices, and energetic and shamanic holding. Together they make space for deep somatic healing, in a way that stays safe, supported, and fully embodied.
Each session is its own ceremony. A contained, intentional space, set apart from the pace of the festival held with total focus on you and what you're bringing to be worked with. An immersive sound journey carries you through the session, with guidance and music through headphones, so the sounds of the festival fall away and you're left fully present with your breath and your body. Around you, a crystal singing bowl and overtone chanting hold the space, supporting a complete energetic reset. Held in sound and in steady energetic presence, you're free to let go completely and trust where the breath wants to take you.
Whether you're carrying something old and ready to set it down, moving through a threshold in your life, or simply sensing there's more in you than you've been able to express, you're welcome here. No experience is necessary. Only a willingness to show up for yourself. Just you, your breath, and someone holding the space while you go where you need to go.
