Vinyasa Yoga Group Class with Thomas Thoroe

This is a class where we practice yoga through breath and movement. There will be options to work at your own pace so you can make it challenging for your self or take it easy to suite your need on the day.

Anyone can take part in this class. If you are looking to centre you self calm your mind and get the body moving this is perfect for you.
