This offering includes two consultation calls, your bespoke Blueprint and the Art of Nourish Book.
Your Blueprint is designed after the consultation, where your current state of being and goals are assessed. The session entails a comprehensive medical history (including recent blood work), an exploration of your current lifestyle habits, food intake and overall mood, mindset, hormonal balance, energy levels, and human design.

The initial consultation is an in-depth exploration of why you are seeking nutritional and wellness council. This session is about getting to know you and uncovering how we can work together to help you achieve your health goals. Joanna will assess your current state of being including dietary, physical, mental, emotional, occupational and spiritual dynamics. This will entail a comprehensive medical history (including recent blood work), an exploration of your current lifestyle habits, food intake and overall mood, mindset, hormonal balance and energy levels. To ensure the most comprehensive and effective blueprint, Julia will ask you to complete various assessments at home - but don’t worry clients say it’s fun and easy!

Prior to this session, Julia will send you your Blueprint. This is a comprehensive guide (8-10 pages) designed specifically for you, based on Julia's analysis of all that she has gathered during your first meeting, as well as insights from the various records, questionnaires and tests she asked you to carry out between the sessions. Julia will guide you step-by-step through the Blueprint, which includes root cause analysis and explanations of your symptoms, dietary advice & meal plan, including recipes, lifestyle recommendations, supportive movement and mind-body practices, herbal medicine and/or nutritional supplementation and guidance to support you on your path to optimum wellness.
Art of Nourish Book
This 60+ page book, available in e-book download or printable, is offered at no additional charge to Julia's clients as a supportive companion to guide your journey to whole-body health. This is comprised of information from the 8-week Art of Nourish Course she has been teaching and refining for the last 5 years. This is an incredible resource designed to empower you with the knowledge of how to nourish your body, mind and soul. Sustainable whole-being wellness starts with the knowledge of how the body functions on a physical, chemical, and biological level and how food, mindset, and behaviour create balance or dis-ease; knowledge is empowerment!
