Yin Yoga Group Class with Thomas Thoroe

In this class you will practice the Yin method of yoga. You hold postures for a long time, focusing on the subtle sensations in the body. Encouraging restfulness, calm and ease in the body and mind.

This is a great class if you are looking to unwind and relax. Props are highly recommended and anyone can take part.
