Yin Yoga Private Session with Alice Jones

The sessions Alice teach are very focused on mindfulness and removing emotional blockages within which can manifest as both physical and energetic tensions. You move slowly and mindfully through a variety of yin postures, focusing on the breath, becoming observers of the mind. Alice encourages her students to become really curious and honest about themselves throughout these sessions, taking note of how you are in our physical, energetic and emotional self.
